What is the order process?
You can place an order in the webshop. You will receive an automatic confirmation about it. If the product could be added to the cart, it is in stock, and we will hand it over to the courier within 1-2 business days. You could find all the information you need about the process of ordering in our General Terms and Conditions. Unfortunately, we are unable to take orders over the phone.
Can I place an order by phone?
Unfortunately, we are unable to take orders over the phone because we work with thousands of customers and process over 100 orders per day, and because incorrect deliveries may occur due to verbal misunderstandings over the phone. Please use the webshop.
I requested a password reminder, but I didn't receive the email.
The automatic email with a new password reminder often arrives in your promotions or spam folder. If you can't find it there either, contact our customer service and we will generate one for you, which you can modify in your profile after logging in.
I did not receive the invoice by email.
If it is not in your spam or promotions folder (please check!), then write to sales@signdepot.eu and we will send it to you.
I need a color profile for the purchased sublimation printer/ink.
Please email us at sales@signdepot.eu and we will send you the link to the download page of the color profile and the written- and video guide.
I ordered separately from Signdepot webshops, but I would like them to be delivered in one package.
Please indicate in the comments field when ordering that you want these orders shipped together with one shipping cost.
For the convenience of our customers, some of our product groups can be found in several shops. You can find the following products both in our Transfer and Print&Cut shops: cotton t-shirts, protective and pre-treatment varnishes, DTF printers and their accessories, cutting plotters and their accessories, cut vinyls. Therefore, please first check whether you can place an order for the desired products from one webshop.
When will I receive the Proforma Invoice in case of a bank transfer?
Our system will send you the Proforma Invoice automatically after after placing the order. It contains all the necessary information for the transfer.
Withdrawal. I would like to cancel my purchase, what are the conditions?
Consumers, i.e. natural persons, have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase based on the Right of Withdrawal. If the product is not damaged or not in use, the product can be returned and the cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer. Once the product has been received and checked, we will refund the price within 14 days. Once you have sent the package to us, please notify us in writing at sales@signdepot.eu and send us your bank account number to which we can transfer the amount. In the case of legal persons, i. e. businesses and other companies, it is not possible to withdraw from the purchase, and the Right of Withdrawal cannot be enforced in the case of legal entities.
How can I pay for my purchasse?

How do I know how many pieces of a product are in stock and when they will arrive?
If the "Add to cart" button is active next to the product, then it is in stock. You're only able to add to cart the amount that is physically available. If the "Add to cart" button is not active, you can either click the "Get notified if re-stocked" button to request an automatic email notification when the product is back in stock, or contact our customer service regarding stock information. We do not provide stock quantity information, but we will inform you whether the given product is in stock in the desired quantity or not, and if not, when it is expected to arrive.
2. Shipping
The product arrived damaged.
Please send a picture of the damaged product by email to sales@signdepot.eu. We will contact you and refund the price of the damaged products if the damage occurred before its arrival.
Important! Check the pack carefully and always before the courier leave your door! If the box was opened, damaged..etc. then the courier must fill a report about the problem. If you noticed the problem later and the courier already leaved your address not later than 2 working days then please send photos about the damaged box and items and send it to our sales team. We will contact you and refund the price of the product.
How can I track my order?
We will notify you by email as soon as the courier service receives your package. You can track your order by entering the package number found here into the search engine of the delivery service.
How much is the shipping cost?
You can find the shipping costs in our webshop under the Information/Shipping menu item available in the footer or at the following link: https://transfer.signdepot.eu/en/shipping-and-payment (These prices apply to all 3 of our webshops.)
The package is incomplete, not all products have arrived.
Please notify our customer service at sales@signdepot.eu within 3 business days and we will ship the missing product as soon as possible.
