Terms of service
At the time of purchase, our customers agree to the General Terms and Conditions of Signdepot Europe Kft. including the following:
Location of service:
- Products lighter than 100 kg: Repair at our site/serive. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer. (We recommend that the product be delivered by the customer. We cannot take responsibility for any damages resulting from delivery by post or courier.)
- Products heavier than 100 kg: Repair where the machine is located, at the customer's premises by our service technician.
Service prices:
- Service hourly fee, except for fiber laser machines: 15.000 Ft/hour + VAT
- Service hourly fee of fiber laser machines: 25.000 Ft/hour + VAT
- Going to the location by your own vehicle: 200 Ft/km + VAT (reround from Jászberény will be charged.)
* In the case of OKI, Epson and Ricoh products, OKI, Epson and Ricoh’s own specialist service performs the repair of the products during and after the warranty. The Customer must deliver these products directly to the specialist service. If required, the Service Provider helps and contributes to contact and availability..
** Service and technical support via the online interface is faster than by phone or e-mail. Our customer service will handle it promptly and provide a more accurate case handling process that is in the best interest of the customer. The reported fault will be forwarded to the relevant product or service representative as soon as possible.
